Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Jalal's Voice. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or joining a membership.

1. Digital downloads

All digital products sold through jalalsvoice.com are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once purchased. Because the files are available immediately upon order confirmation, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind or accidental purchases.

This applies to both paid and free digital products. Free downloads are subject to the same file support terms, if you experience an issue, please get in touch.

We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind or accidental purchases.
Failure to download before a link expires (links are active for 30 days, contact us if you need a resend).
Incompatibility with software or devices not specified in the product listing.
Misuse of files or use outside the stated licence terms.

2. File issues

If you experience a technical problem with a file, such as a broken download link, a corrupted file, or missing content, please contact us at connect@jalalsvoice.com within 7 days of your order. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a working replacement as quickly as possible.

3. Memberships

For paid memberships (such as our annual Skool community membership):

You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial payment, provided you have not accessed any exclusive content or resources within the membership.
Once membership content has been accessed, refunds are at our discretion.
Renewals are non-refundable. If you do not wish to renew, please cancel before your renewal date.

4. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If you believe you have a legal right to a refund that falls outside the terms above, please contact us and we will consider your request in good faith.
